Smoke extraction working group

The working group of the Air Pollution Control Department is divided into three working groups: Fire protection working group, Smoke extraction working group and Expert group on smoke extraction. The member companies are manufacturers of components and systems as well as service providers in the fields of fire and smoke control dampers, smoke protection pressure systems and smoke extraction fans.

The Air Handling Technology Association at VDMA and its member companies have reacted to the changing requirements of the market by restructuring existing working groups in Smoke Extraction and founding the new Fire Protection working group.
